On June 18, in the course of negotiations organized by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry B2B with members of the Association of Aegean Sea Exporters, the capital's entrepreneurs discussed the prospects of cooperation regarding the production and sale of dried fruits, vegetables, nuts and canned vegetables.
The Turkish delegation included large and medium-sized companies involved in the markets of Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. All of them use modern production technologies, verified by international certifications. Importers were able to establish contacts directly with manufacturers and form agreements pertaining to the supplies of diverse products.
The Turkish delegation had the opportunity to meet not only with Moscow’s companies, but also with regional representatives of the Russian Federation. Such meetings make it possible for Turkish products to be introduced to the markets of remote regions of Russia.
The day before, the Moscow Chamber organized a visit of the Turkish delegation to the Food City Agrocluster, the largest wholesale and retail food centre in the Russian Federation. A presentation of the centre was arranged for the Turkish delegation, which provided an opportunity for acquaintanceship with its residents, while affording the chance to discuss possible spheres for collaboration.
