The event was endorsed the Polish Investment and Trade Agency. As part of the B2B negotiations, Russian companies had the opportunity to discuss the prospects and ways of entering the EU market.
The B2B negotiations were attended by representatives of six Polish companies, engaged in internet trade, construction business (including playgrounds for children), production and sale of alcoholic beverages, electronics equipment and children’s goods.
The Russian side was represented by companies, engaged in similar business activities and also Heads of law firms, banks, logistics operators, as well as representatives of the Moscow Export Center.
Opening the event, Mr. Artem Dalevich, the Vice President of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, presented to the Polish colleagues the online trading platform, developed by the MCCI, the "Business Market", which aroused an excited interest from Polish businessmen. The Development Director of the Polish company, “OEX 24”, Mr. Łukasz Wysokiński, proposed a joint collaboration for developing the Chamber's marketplace.
The Polish Export Promotion Agency, "KUKE S.A.", outlined its proposals for Russian and Polish companies, interested in foreign economic activity.
Ms. Galina Dontsova, a customs advisor for the Russian company, “Dentos”, also participated in the event, highlighting the main difficulties of regulating customs of foreign economic activity, and answered questions from the Polish and Russian attendees.
The event aroused keen interest among the participants, the parties exchanged contacts and expressed hope for further cooperation. The B2B negotiations served as a comprehensive impetus for strengthening relations between the business circles of the two countries. Mr. Suren Vardanyan, the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, noted that there are plans to hold a series of such events on the Chamber's site, aimed at facilitating the development of international contacts, while entring domestic companies into foreign markets.
