On June 30th, in the Moscow Arena, the MUF-2016 Urban Forum has commenced its work. Representatives of the MCCI are taking part, led by the President of Chamber, Vladimir Platonov.
The Moscow Urban Forum 2016 is devoted to the studying of dynamics, incentives and technologies involved in the progress of fast-growing megacities of the modern world. “This is a very important event for our city - declared Vladimir Platonov, - in fact, here we have a possibility not only to learn about those vectors of progress, which the megacities of the world are adopting for themselves, but also to describe how our city is developing, to share successes in various areas, particularly in the areas of support for small and average business, progress of the transportation infrastructure, creation of a friendly city environment for muscovites and visitors of capital “.
The delegates from the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry visited the plenary session “ Answers to the challenges of fast-growing megacities. Possibilities of technologies “ , in which the Mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobjanin, addressed some of the issues on the subject.
