On February 15, a pitch session of graduates of the Fintech track of the "Moscow Accelerator", organized by the Department of Digital Development, Innovation and Investment of the MCCI and the State Institution "Innovation Agency of Moscow", was held at the MCCI.
"Moscow Accelerator" - is a joint project of the Moscow Innovation Agency and the Fund "Moscow innovation cluster", implemented with the support of the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and innovation development.
The graduates of the "Moscow Accelerator" FinTech track made presentations of their projects in front of invited experts - partners of the MCCI: representatives of specialized funds, banks, financial companies, private investors, etc.
The projects were divided into the following categories: "Consumer Services", "Financial Services Aggregators", "Anti-Fraud and Security", "Analytical Systems, Scoring", "Investment Management" and “LegalTech”.
"Although we have not seen each other in this format for a long time due to the remoteness, I would like to remind you: investment sessions were held at the MCCI periodically," said Mr. Artem Dalevich, the Vice President of the Chamber, opening the event. - “It is always a pleasure to get together to see interesting projects and consider the variety of offers of investors to finance these innovations".
On behalf of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Dalevich, signed a cooperation agreement with the E-Place platform.
The first speaker, Ms. Yulia Shamonova, presented this platform to the audience - "An innovative solution for optimising internal processes and a new channel for selling goods and services through a one counter outlet. She described the competitive advantages of the platform and claimed that its revenue this year will exceed 100 million rubles.
The next speaker, Mr. Igor Botviniev, presented the UX analytics service for mobile applications Userx. The service, in particular, identifies customers who have encountered problems, allows one to quickly fix interface and technical errors, and optimises conversions in customer scenarios.
Mr. Sergey Adayev presented the startup ViewApp, a "digital constructor" of remote inspections of various properties, facilitating the work of insurance and leasing companies, banks, real estate agencies, etc. "We want to become the Russian market leader in digital inspections, and subsequently an international company," the speaker emphasized. According to him, the startup has passed the break-even point, with last month's revenue of 3 million rubles.
Mr. Kirill Novoselov spoke about the KUB24 service, which helps to automate management accounting in an organization. In particular, KUB24’s FinDirector helps owners and managers to find business growth points, based on the data presented. The speaker presented the audience with examples of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and advanced analytics.
The second part of the pitch session began with the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and the crowdfunding platform, the “BoomStarter”. "This is crowdfunding, where every entrepreneur can test his or hers idea, make an interesting reward for those who extend support, and collect the amount needed to implement ideas without resorting to banks and large investors," explained the “BoomStarter”’s representative, Ms.Tatiana Gadzhieva "We expect to focus on crowdfunding for small businesses in Moscow this year. We will create a certain information support for entrepreneurs, who have just started implementing their projects so that they could find like-minded people, investors and sponsors among the members of the MCCI and other Moscow businessmen to develop their ideas," said Mr. Dalevich.
Then the presentation of the projects continued. Mr. Artyom Taganov presented Hinted, a startup designed to facilitate the work of those who deal with complex corporate software. The service allows imposing corporate instructions on any software, which "step by step will guide the user through the system," show what data to enter - and all this until the user completes the final task. The service does not affect the operation of the corporate system and does not allow any data to leak out of it.
Mr. Alexey Maistrenko presented the Sales Chain agent sales generator, a platform for the automation of banks' work with agents and partners, allowing to "digitize" the entire work cycle (on-boarding, applications, statuses and payments).
Mr. Kirill Mityagin's speech was devoted to the project called "Patentograph" for registration and protection of trademarks and other intellectual property (computer programs, industrial designs, inventions, databases, research results, etc.).
Mr. Konstantin Artemyev presented the “Sherpa Robotics” project”. Up to 80% of office processes are routine," he explained. Filling out various forms, drafting reports, exchanging data between incompatible systems, entering documents and reconciling their versions, processing requests, searching for information, etc. They "eat up" the time of employees, making customers nervous, and often result in losses.
By entrusting these operations to robots, with the help of “Sherpa Robotics”, one can, in particular, reduce the cost of individual processes by up to 70% and reduce the number of mistakes made by employees by 25%.
The last speaker, Mr. Ivan Ivanov, told the audience about the startup “GeoBank” - a predictive analytics platform for banks, allowing to analyze and predict the banking market, competitors' behavior, to generate the best rates for loans and deposits of individuals - a kind of forecasting department for outsourcing.
After being acquainted with the presentations and asking questions of the speakers, the experts gave brief conclusions on the presented projects. "You are entering the post-accelerated stage," Mr. Dalevich advised the speakers. - “the MCCI will always remain a partner, helping the entry into the market of your business.”
