Thus, the term of advance payments for the first quarter of 2020 for property taxes and property taxes will be extended to December 31, 2020 for organizations, working in public catering, tourism, culture, sports, leisure and hotel businesses.
The deadline for paying trade taxes will also be extended until December 31, 2020. These norms will come into effect from the day the federal law, which gives executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation the power to make decisions on extending the terms of payments of regional and local taxes and fees, comes into force.
Organizations, renting real estate and non-residential facilities, acquired from Moscow, which suspended its activities during the period of high acquisition in the capital, will be exempted from rent payments (for the period of temporary suspension of activities). This applies to organizations, engaged in cultural activities, sports, exhibitions, entertainment, and educational activities.
Companies, operating in the sphere of hotel services, catering and tourism and renting real estate facilities and non-residential sites near the city will receive deferral of rent payments for April, May and June. It will be valid until December 31, 2020. Similar deferrals will be granted to city enterprises and institutions, leasing land plots and non-residential facilities.
It was also decided to reduce by fifty per cent the fees under contracts for trading activities in non-stationary trading facilities, located in the passages and lobbies of the metro. The measures have been introduced for small and medium business entities during the period of the high alert regime in the city.
These measures will be based on requests from organizations and individual entrepreneurs.
In the development of the measures of anti-crisis situation, the authorities took into account the proposals of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The collection of entrepreneurs' proposals for the "MCCI hot line" is continuing.
